Hello Posture Tonic Fam,

Welcome to Week 50 of 2024! This week we are continuing with our “Best of 2024” series! This week, we’re featuring your most popular workouts from the year, making it a week of community favourites that focus on full-body strength, sculpting, and toning. Each session is designed to energise and empower you, with a mix of longer workouts and slightly shorter, effective workouts. Each day we use dumbbells! You can choose your preferred weight or just do the workouts using your body weight. Plus, there’s a brand-new Pilates workout on Saturday!

Weekly Schedule Overview

This week’s plan is thoughtfully structured to balance longer, full-body sessions on Monday, Friday, and Saturday with shorter, effective workouts mid-week. Each workout is designed to energize you while targeting specific areas for a holistic approach to fitness.

Monday: Morning Power Pilates (40 mins)

Start your week strong with this energizing full-body workout. Dumbbell exercises are combined with Pilates moves to build strength and tone from head to toe.
Equipment: Dumbbells (light to medium)

Tuesday: All Standing Pilates (23 mins)

No mat needed! This quick and effective standing session focuses on balance, stability, and sculpting your legs, core, and arms.
Equipment: Light hand weights

Wednesday: Full Body Pilates Sculpt (45 mins)

Challenge yourself with this longer workout that blends resistance training with Pilates for a total-body sculpt. It’s all about building strength and endurance.
Equipment: Dumbbells (light to medium)

Thursday: Full Body All Standing Pilates (27 mins)

Stay upright and engaged with this all-standing session featuring light weights for added toning. Perfect for those who prefer to avoid floor exercises.
Equipment: 1kg dumbbells

Friday: Pilates Tone (40 mins)

This full-body Pilates session is all about precision and flow. Ankle weights and resistance bands elevate this workout to strengthen and sculpt your entire body.
Equipment: Dumbbells, Ankle weights and resistance booty band (optional)

Saturday: NEW Pilates full body Workout

End your week on a high note with this fresh, never-before-seen Pilates workout! Expect a mix of flowing Pilates moves designed to tone and energise.
