Week 49 Weekly Workout Schedule (Dec Week 1: 2nd Dec – 8th Dec 2024)

Throughout December we are revisiting our “Best of 2024” workouts! This week, we’re diving into the 7-Day Hourglass Challenge, a highly loved program that focuses on sculpting and toning your entire body. Expect longer workouts on Monday, Friday, and Saturday for a greater challenge, while Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday offer shorter, targeted sessions.

Weekly Schedule Overview

This week targets key areas—core, waist, upper body, and glutes—to build a balanced, hourglass-shaped strength. All sessions use Pilates-based strength techniques to help you feel strong and confident.

Monday: 2 Workouts – 42 Minutes Total

  1. Abs + Waist Definition (20 mins)
    This workout combines controlled Pilates moves to define your waist and strengthen your core. You will need a Pilates ball or cushion.

  2. Total Hourglass Workout (22 mins)
    A full-body Pilates session that targets all key areas—waist, glutes, arms—with light dumbbells to help sculpt a beautiful hourglass shape. You will need dumbbells. 1-3kg suggested.

Tuesday: Lower Body Sculpt (20 mins)

This 20-minute workout is all about strengthening your glutes, thighs, and hamstrings. Optional resistance bands are perfect for adding extra intensity to those lower body moves. You will need a chair or couch.

Wednesday: Upper Body Shaping (22 mins)

Tone your arms, shoulders, and back in this 22-minute upper body-focused session using a long resistance band. Build strength while improving posture and balance.

Thursday: Toned Abs + Round Glutes (22 mins)

Focus on your core and glutes with this 22-minute Pilates x Strength workout. Light dumbbells are optional for those ready to take it up a notch.

Friday: 2 Workouts – 30 Minutes Total

  1. Upper Body Strength (18 mins)
    Using medium to heavy dumbbells, this session strengthens and defines your arms, back, and shoulders with functional, Pilates-inspired strength exercises. Suggested 2- 4kg dumbbells.

  2. Pilates Cardio HIIT (12 mins)
    A fun and sweat-filled HIIT session combining Pilates cardio moves for a strong and energized finish to your week.

Saturday: NEW Hourglass Workout Upload

Brand-New Hourglass Workout
End the week with a brand-new Pilates Hourglass session! This workout will feature new moves to sculpt your waist, strengthen your core, and lift your glutes.
