Weekly Schedule Overview

Each day targets specific areas of the body, ensuring a balanced, full-body workout routine. Grab your mat, and for some sessions, optional equipment like dumbbells or a Pilates bar.

Monday: Pilates x Strength (40 mins)

Kickstart the week with a 40-minute Pilates Strength session that integrates light dumbbells to tone your arms, core, and legs. This full-body workout will leave you feeling strong and energized.

Tuesday: Strength and Standing Workouts

  1. Weights x Pilates (10 mins): A quick yet powerful session using weights to elevate your Pilates practice.

  2. Standing Workout (17 mins): This standing-only workout is great for improving balance and targeting the lower body.

Wednesday: NEW Release – Pilates Bar (25 mins)

Try the latest 25-minute Pilates Bar workout, a full-body session that enhances strength and stability.
OR
Go for Pilates for Balance (30 mins) to focus on core stability and posture, with or without optional dumbbells.

Thursday: Full Body Tone (28 mins)

This 28-minute Full Body Tone session combines strength and cardio Pilates moves for a complete workout experience. Using light weights, this workout tones your arms, core, and legs while keeping your energy high.

Friday: Pilates Booty Sculpt (33 mins)

End your week with a 33-minute Pilates Booty Sculpt session. This lower-body-focused workout targets your glutes and legs for a sculpted, lifted look. Equipment- dumbbells.

Saturday: LIVE Sculpt Session (30 mins)
