Welcome to Week 2 of 2025! This week, we’re kicking things off with another incredible lineup of Pilates workouts designed to build strength, improve posture, and leave you feeling your absolute best. Plus, I’m so excited to introduce a brand-new addition: our Self-Care Tonic Menu!

NEW Self-Care Tonic Menu
Incorporating self-care into your routine is just as important as moving your body. Each week, you’ll have a curated menu of self-care tonics to choose from. This week, select 1–2 tonics to elevate your wellness practice:

Save some time on Sunday to treat yourself and pick your favorite tonic(s) from the menu. You deserve it!

Weekly Workout Overview

Monday: Pilates x Strength (50 mins)
Start your week strong with a full-body Pilates session that integrates strength moves using dumbbells. This one will challenge and energise you!

Tuesday: NEW Upload
Stay tuned for a brand-new Pilates workout! Keep an eye on the Posture Tonic YouTube channel for this fresh release.

Wednesday: Reformer on the Mat (36 mins)
No reformer? No problem! This workout brings all the benefits of a reformer class to your mat. Equipment: sliders or socks, light hand weights.

Thursday: Pilates for Posture (35 mins)
Focus on lengthening, aligning, and strengthening your posture. A great midweek reset!

Friday: Graceful Pilates Flow (30 mins)
Find your flow with this beautifully choreographed class to stretch, tone, and center your body and mind.

Saturday: Low Impact Pilates Sweat (32 mins)
Let’s wrap up the week with a fun, energising, low-impact Pilates class. Perfect for getting your heart rate up while keeping it gentle on your joints.

Sunday: Self-Care Day
Take some time to nourish your mind and body with the Self-Care Tonic Menu. Choose 1–2 tonics and enjoy a well-deserved reset.
