Jan Week 3 Weekly Schedule (January 13–19, 2025)

Welcome to Week 3 of our workout schedule (January 13–19)! This week, we focus on strengthening your core, improving posture, and enhancing overall mobility with a mix of Pilates sessions. Here's the day-by-day breakdown, including the equipment you'll need.

Monday: Pilates Abs & Mobility (22 Min)
Focus: Core strength and flexibility.
Equipment: Pilates small ball (or a cushion if you don't have one).
This session is perfect to kick off your week with exercises that target your abs while improving mobility through stretches.

Tuesday: Full Body Pilates (35 Min)
Focus: Light resistance and full-body engagement.
Equipment: Light hand weights (optional). I use 1kg weights.
This new class combines strength and grace to give you a dynamic workout that leaves you feeling strong and aligned.

Wednesday: Full Body Sculpt (30 Min)
Focus: Strengthening and toning the entire body.
Equipment: Optional ankle weights.
Sculpt and tone your muscles with a full-body Pilates interval session that’s both fun and effective.

Thursday: Gentle Pilates Flow (25 Min)
Focus: Mobility and relaxation.
Equipment: Optional ankle weights.
This gentle flow focuses on loosening up tight areas, restoring balance, and calming your mind with smooth movements.

Friday: All Standing Pilates (23 Min)
Focus: Posture and balance.
Equipment: Light dumbbells.
A perfect low-impact session to strengthen your core and improve posture, all while staying on your feet.

Saturday: Full Body Pilates Flow (29 Min)
Focus: Slow deep movements for full-body conditioning.
Equipment: None.
Wrap up the week with a calming flow that blends strength, flexibility, and balance for a complete workout.

Sunday: See Self-Care Tonic Menu
Focus: Rest and recovery.

Take a day to treat yourself. Explore the self-care menu for ideas.
