Monday – Gentle Pilates Flow (25 min)

A calming, all-floor session to ease into the week. Perfect for recovery days or when you want to move gently with control. (Light ankle weights optional.)

Tuesday – NEW! Energising Pilates (35 min)

This full-body Pilates class is designed to lift your mood, fire up your energy, and leave you feeling refreshed and empowered. You will love the all standing leg and arm sculpt!

Wednesday – Pilates x Strength Sculpt (38 min)

We’re picking up the pace with a strength-based class that combines Pilates precision with dynamic sculpting moves. Grab your dumbbells!

Thursday – Full Body All Standing (27 min)

This standing-only workout is amazing for posture, balance, and full-body tone. No floorwork—just strength and stability standing! Using light handweights

Friday – NEW! Posture Stretches (20 min)

A soothing, slow-paced class to release tension, lengthen and twist the spine, and improve posture. Ideal for end-of-week recovery.

Saturday – Power Pilates (42 min)

Your signature weekend sculpt session! Expect full-body burn, a boost of confidence, and a deep feeling of strength and flow. Dumbbells and optional ankle weights.

🌸 Sunday – Self-Care & Reset

You’ve moved beautifully all week—now take the time to nourish and restore with this week’s Self Care Tonic. Or sprinkle throughout the week.
