👩🦰 Steam Facial + Lymph Drainage Massage – 30 mins
Open your pores, release tension, and give your skin a radiant boost with this gentle facial ritual.
How to:
Boil water and pour it into a large bowl with a handful of dried herbs like chamomile or rosemary.
Drape a towel over your head and let your face steam for 5–10 minutes.
After steaming, apply your favourite facial oil.
Using your fingers or a gua sha tool, gently massage along your jawline, cheekbones, and under the eyes, always moving in upward and outward motions.
This encourages lymph flow and softens facial tension.
📔 Monthly Reset & Intention Setting – 30 mins
Take a moment to reflect on the past month and step into April with clarity and purpose.
How to:
Light a candle or burn some incense.
Sit somewhere quiet with your journal and reflect using prompts like:
“What am I proud of this past month?”
“What drained my energy, and what filled my cup?”
“What do I want to feel more of in April?”Finish by writing down 1–3 clear intentions or mantras for the month ahead.
🌸 Spring Clean One Small Space – 30 mins
Physical space reflects mental space. A simple reset can shift your energy in big ways.
How to:
Choose one small area: your bathroom drawer, desk, bedside table, or tote bag.
Clear everything out, wipe it down, and only put back what feels supportive or beautiful.
Add a finishing touch — maybe a fresh flower, a crystal, or a calming scent to elevate the space.
🛏 Evening Castor Oil Pack – 60 mins
This ancient self-care practice supports detoxification, hormone balance, and digestion — the ultimate wind-down tonic.
How to:
Warm a few tablespoons of castor oil.
Apply to your lower abdomen and cover with an old cloth or flannel.
Place a hot water bottle or heat pack over it and relax for 45–60 minutes.
Use this time to meditate, journal, or simply rest.
Wipe off with a warm cloth before bed.
🧘♀️ Gentle Stretch Session – 15 mins
A short, nourishing movement ritual to reset posture, relieve tightness, and reconnect with your body.
How to:
