How to:
Brew a cosy tea or cacao.
Open Pinterest and start browsing — think vintage elegance, wellness spaces, or old money feminine style.
Pin what resonates into a mood board for the week.
Bonus: use it to inspire how you dress, move, or set up your space.
🧴 Herbal Oil Abhyanga (Self Massage) – 15 mins
A beautiful Ayurvedic ritual to nourish skin and soothe your nervous system.
How to:
Gently warm your favourite body oil (sesame, almond, or jojoba).
Optional: add crushed herbs like chamomile, rose petals, or a drop of essential oil.
Massage your body slowly from feet upward, using long strokes on limbs and circular motions on joints.
Let the oil sit on the skin before rinsing in a warm shower.
🌬 Silent Walk + Breathwork – 30 mins
A moving meditation to clear mental fog and return to your body.
How to:
Go for a walk without any distractions — no music or podcasts.
Breathe deeply and observe your surroundings with full awareness.
Halfway through, pause and try this simple breathwork:
Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4 (box breathing).Do this for 2–3 minutes, then continue walking in stillness.

How to:
