Welcome to Week 34 of your Pilates journey with Posture Tonic! This week is packed with a variety of workouts designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your body. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, there’s something here for everyone. Let’s dive into your weekly plan.

Weekly Schedule Overview

  • Monday: Intense Pilates Sculpt (45 min)

  • Tuesday: Core + Cardio Vol 2 (12 min) + Intense Pilates Abs (12 min)

  • Wednesday: Pilates for Posture (35 min)

  • Thursday: Squishmallow Pilates (30 min) + Arms + Chest Burner (12 min)

  • Friday: Pilates Strength Class (35 min)

  • Saturday: NEW Pilates Sculpt (33 min)

Monday: Intense Pilates Sculpt (45 min)

We start the week with a powerful 45-minute session focusing on toning your abs, glutes, and inner thighs. This workout will help you build a strong core and lift those glutes while increasing flexibility. Equipment needed: Ankle weights and a Pilates ball.

Tuesday: Core + Cardio Vol 2 (12 min) + Intense Pilates Abs (12 min)

Tuesday is all about quick and effective workouts. Begin with a 12-minute Core + Cardio session to get your heart rate up and strengthen your core. Follow it up with another 12-minute Intense Pilates Abs workout for a targeted burn that will leave your midsection feeling stronger than ever. Equipment needed: None.

Wednesday: Pilates for Posture (35 min)

Midweek, we shift our focus to improving posture with a 35-minute Pilates session. This workout is ideal for correcting alignment and building strength in the muscles that support good posture. Equipment needed: 1 kg dumbbells.

Thursday: Pillow Pilates (30 min) + Arms + Chest Burner (12 min)

Thursday brings a fun yet challenging 30-minute Squishmallow Pilates session, focusing on your glutes and abs. Then, tackle a 12-minute Arms + Chest Burner workout to sculpt your upper body. Equipment needed: For Squishmallow Pilates, you can use a soft pillow or cushion; for the Arms + Chest Burner, you’ll need dumbbells.

Friday: Pilates Strength Sweat Class (35 min)

Finish the workweek strong with a 35-minute Pilates Strength Class that targets your glutes, hamstrings, and arms. This session is perfect for building lean muscle and enhancing endurance. Get ready to sweat!
Equipment needed: Dumbbells.

Saturday: NEW Pilates Sculpt (33 min)

Saturday’s new 33-minute Pilates Sculpt workout is the perfect weekend session to leave you feeling toned and energised. This workout focuses on full-body sculpting, with particular attention to the core and legs. Equipment needed: None.

Sunday: Rest and Reflect

Use Sunday to relax, recover, and reflect on your progress throughout the week. Whether you prefer a gentle stretch, a walk, or simply some downtime, it’s crucial to give your body the rest it needs.
