Weekly Pilates Workout Schedule: August Week 2 (12th Aug - 18th Aug)

Welcome to Week 33 of your Pilates journey with Posture Tonic! This week is packed with a variety of workouts designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your body. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, there’s something here for everyone. Let’s dive into your weekly plan, including a special event that you won’t want to miss!

  • Monday: Full Body Pilates Tone (40 min)

  • Tuesday: Pilates Sculpt Session (37 min)

  • Wednesday: Upper Body Strength with Dumbbells (20 min) + Special Event: Live Meet & Greet on Zoom

  • Thursday: Standing Barre Workout (9 min) + Pilates Stretchy Goodness (21 min)

  • Friday: Full Body Pilates Tone (46 min)

  • Saturday: NEW Intermediate Reformer (19 min) OR Pilates Full Body with Small Ball (27 min)

Monday: Full Body Pilates Tone (40 min)

Kickstart your week with a dynamic full-body Pilates routine that tones every muscle group. This 40-minute session is perfect for building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body alignment. Optional props: Pilates ball and booty band.

Tuesday: Pilates Sculpt Session (37 min)

Today’s focus is on sculpting with light hand weights. This 37-minute session will help you define your muscles while promoting self-love and body positivity. Enjoy the burn and celebrate your strength!

Wednesday: Upper Body Strength with Dumbbells (20 min) + SPECIAL MEMBERS ONLY LIVE CLASS via zoom.

Today, we’ll target the upper body with dumbbells to build strength in your arms, shoulders, and back. This 20-minute workout is efficient and effective, making it easy to fit into a busy schedule.

Special Event: Live Meet & Greet on Zoom

Thursday: Standing Barre Workout (9 min) + Pilates Stretchy Goodness (21 min)

Start your day with a quick 9-minute Standing Barre Workout, ideal for enhancing your balance and strengthening your lower body. Follow it up with a 21-minute Pilates Stretchy Goodness session to release tension and increase flexibility. This combination is perfect for a balanced and revitalising day.

Friday: Full Body Pilates Tone (46 min)

We’re ramping up the intensity with a 46-minute full-body session, focusing on endurance and power. This workout is the perfect challenge to end your workweek on a strong note. Optional props: Pilates ball, light weights, and resistance band.

Saturday: Choose Your Challenge – Intermediate Reformer (19 min) OR Pilates Full Body with Small Ball (27 min)

Saturday is all about choice! Opt for the new 19-minute Intermediate Reformer workout if you have access to a Reformer machine. This session will elevate your practice, focusing on controlled movements and core stability. Alternatively, the 27-minute Pilates Full Body session with a small ball is a great at-home option, offering a balanced workout that targets every major muscle group.

Sunday: Rest and Reflect

Use this day to rest, recover, and reflect on your progress. Whether you enjoy a gentle walk, some light stretching, or simply relax, it’s important to allow your body to recuperate and prepare for the upcoming week.
