Beauties, we are officially in Week 7 of the EMBODY Challenge! Only two weeks to go, and now is the time to stay committed, push through, and embrace the transformation happening within you.
Every time you show up—whether it’s for a full workout, a quick core session, or even a few deep breaths—you are investing in yourself. You’ve come so far, and I want you to take a moment to acknowledge your dedication. Your future self will be so proud that you kept going!
This week’s schedule continues to build strength, endurance, and connection to your body. We have a mix of sculpting, core work, and total-body movement to keep you feeling energised and empowered. And we have TWO new workouts!

💪 Monday – Abs Focused Pilates (33 min)
✨ Tuesday – NEW Mat Pilates (34 min) – Full-body flow using light hand weights & optional yoga block
🔥 Wednesday – Pilates Sculpt (40 min)
🏋️♀️ Thursday – Full Body Sculpt (30 min)
💖 Friday – NEW Pilates Abs (12 min) – No equipment needed, just you and your core!
⚡ Saturday – All Standing Sculpt (30 min)
🌿 Sunday – Self-Care Day
