Week 6: EMBODY Challenge
We’re stepping into Week 6 of the EMBODY Challenge, and this week is all about sculpting, strengthening, and refining your movement practice. Your core, arms, and legs are going to feel the burn in the best way! Keep showing up, stay consistent, and remember— Every step—no matter how small—moves you closer to the bigger goals. So roll out your mat and you won’t regret it!
This week, we focus on full-body sculpting, deep core activation, and posture-boosting moves. Let’s do this!
Your Weekly Plan:
✅ Monday – 22 Min Strength x Pilates
✅ Tuesday – NEW! 40 Min Pilates Sculpt (hello glutes and arms)
✅ Wednesday – 30 Min Full Body Sculpt
✅ Thursday – 33 Min Abs Focused Pilates (slow and mindful)
✅ Friday – NEW! 15 Min Pilates Bar OR 14 Min Pilates Sweat (If you don’t have a Pilates bar, do the Pilates Sweat class instead!)
✅ Saturday – 34 Min Morning Pilates
✅ Sunday – Self-Care Day! ✨ (Time to recharge & restore! Or sprinkle throughout the week)
