This week, we’re focusing on posture, strength, and mindful movement. With a mix of standing, full-body, and focused Pilates routines, you’ll feel more aligned, strong, and centered.

Monday – 30 Min Pilates for Posture
TuesdayNEW! 22 Min Strength x Pilates (with weights)
Wednesday – 35 Min Full Body Pilates (with weights)
Thursday – 27 Min Pilates Arms & Legs (with weights)
FridayNEW! 40 Min Morning Pilates (with Pilates small ball)
Saturday – 24 Min Upper Body Strength (with weights)
