March Week 3 Weekly Schedule: (March 17 - 23)
Beauties, you’ve done so well with the latest challenge - EMBODY and now we use our strength in this weeks Pilates and strength classes to grow muscles and feel our strongest self.
This week is all about building strength through Pilates with weights and strength workouts. Whether you're sculpting your core, toning your lower body, or powering through a HIIT-inspired standing session, every workout is designed to keep you feeling strong, energised, and connected. And of course, don’t forget to balance it all out with intentional self-care (this week’s self-care menu is a dreamy one!).
This Week’s Workout Schedule
💪 Monday – Pilates Tone (35 min)
Kick off the week with a full-body Pilates flow that focuses on strength, tone, and control.
🔥 Tuesday – NEW! Lower Body Sculpt (12 min)
This rep-based lower-body burner will fire up your legs and glutes! Replay for 2-3 rounds for an extra challenge. Using a booty band and dumbbells.
✨ Wednesday – Low Impact Pilates (35 min)
A gentle yet effective full-body session that keeps the intensity low but the sculpting high! Using light dumbbells.
⚡ Thursday – All Standing Pilates + HIIT (26 min)
A dynamic mix of Pilates and HIIT-style movement using heavy weights and a booty band to take your strength to the next level.
🏋️♀️ Friday – NEW! Power Pilates (42 min)
A challenging, endurance-focused Pilates session designed to push your limits and leave you feeling unstoppable. Dumbbells and booty band for extra burn!
🔥 Saturday – Upper Body Strength (24 min)
Tone and strengthen your arms, shoulders, and back in this focused upper-body workout to balance out your workouts this week.
🌿 Sunday – Self-Care & Recovery
Take the time to slow down, reset, and nourish yourself with this week’s self-care menu.
