Jan Week 5 Weekly Schedule Week 2 EMBODY Challenge (January 27 – February 2)

Welcome to Week 2 of the 8-Week Embody Challenge! This week focuses on sculpting strength, improving posture, and boosting energy through Pilates and functional movement. Each workout is designed to fit seamlessly into your routine, no matter your fitness level.

Monday: Pilates for Abs & Booty (43 Minutes)

Focus: Strengthen your core and glutes for stability, posture, and balance.

  • Equipment Needed: optional ankle weights

Tuesday: Pilates for Strong Posture (37 Minutes)

Focus: Build strength and endurance in the muscles that support your posture.

  • Equipment Needed: Light dumbbells 1-2kg

Wednesday: Standing Workout (17 Minutes) + Pilates Sweat (14 Minutes)

Focus: Combine functional standing movements and high-energy Pilates for a quick full-body burn.

Standing Workout (17 Minutes)

  • Equipment Needed: Light dumbbells

Pilates Sweat (14 Minutes)

  • Equipment Needed: Mat only.

Thursday: All-Floor Sculpt (30 Minutes)

Focus: A low-impact, full-body workout done entirely on the mat.

  • Equipment Needed: ankle weights optional

  • Why It’s Great: This is perfect for those who prefer low-impact workouts that deliver big results.

Friday: Lower & Upper Body Strength (24 Minutes)

Focus: Target both the upper and lower body with strength-building exercises.

  • Equipment Needed: Dumbbells or resistance bands (adjust weights as needed).

  • Why It’s Great: A quick, efficient session to tone and strengthen every major muscle group.

Saturday: Full Body Sculpt (30 Minutes)

Focus: A comprehensive workout to tone and strengthen your entire body.

  • Equipment Needed: Light hand weights.

Sunday: Self-Care Day (Choose from the Tonic Menu)

Sundays are all about restoring your energy and connecting with your body. Select 1–2 self-care tonics from this week’s Self-Care Tonic Menu to relax and recharge. Options include:

  • DIY hair growth oil treatment.

  • Gua Sha facial massage.

  • Herbal tea meditation.

  • Journaling

  • Cold plunge or contrast therapy
